Terms of Service

Rules for using 1980s Photo Studio, including photo rights, AI output, credits, and service limits.

Last updated: September 12, 2026

These terms apply to 1980s Photo Studio at 1980sphoto.com.

Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, protect your account, and follow applicable law. You may upload only photos you own or have permission to process. Do not use the service to impersonate, harass, exploit, or violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of another person.

AI-generated results

AI output can vary and may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected similarities. 1980s Photo Studio does not guarantee exact identity preservation, composition, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Review each image before using or sharing it, and comply with the rights and restrictions that apply to the input, output, and configured model providers.

Credits and payments

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Monthly plans are billed monthly; annual plans are billed in full once per year and release credits in 12 monthly installments. Annual credits are not available all at once. Each installment expires at the next monthly refresh and unused credits do not roll over. Monthly refreshes follow the subscription start date, adjusted to the last day of shorter months when necessary.

Subscriptions renew automatically until renewal is cancelled. Cancelling renewal leaves the paid period in place; annual monthly installments continue until the paid year ends. Cancelling renewal does not itself request a refund.

Each new photo reserves 4 credits. A confirmed failed generation or a task reaching its 10-minute unconfirmed deadline returns the reserved credits once. Downloading an existing result does not consume additional credits.

Suspension and availability

Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, providers, or the service, or when these terms are violated. Features may change and uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Contact and final terms

The production operator must add its legal identity, jurisdiction, support contact, refund policy, and any mandatory consumer terms before public launch. Until those details and real credit products are configured, the pricing page does not offer purchases.
